Easter Egg Hunt

We are heading up an Easter Bone Hunt in March. We Have partnered with WoodRUFF Pet Resort & Spa's owner, Jessica Brush. They will host the event at their facility as we get vendors to donate and participate in the event.

Proceeds will go to Cavalier Rescue as well as the host business in efforts to install an Air Conditioning unit to keep the dogs comfortable in the summer.

I'm pretty thrilled with the initial response has been very positive. You tend to find your niche when you take on projects naturally.

Daisy loves him so! After her morning ritual (going outside & then coming in for breakfast) Daisy tends to cuddle back to sleep for a post breakfast nap. Many times Brandon is still snoozing or going back fir more Zzzz's. Daisy loves to join him as we can see in this cuddly picture!

Other news! We've been searching the upstate for the things we've done on Chicago. No sign of Dog Easter Egg Hunts...... So, we're heading one up ourselves! I've partnered with WoodRuff Per Resort & Spa to host an Easter Egg Hunt & activities that will benefit both the Cavalier Rescue & to help raise funds for an AC unit for the host's facility.

We only started plans this week and have already committed 4+ vendors to support the cause! I've participated in several fundraisers like this but this will be my first re leadership role to coordinate the event itself, but we are seeing a great response already!

Day 1 of Agility @ Speedy Paws 02/02/2012

LOVE LOVE LOVE Agility!! Daisy had her first day of class today (last week was a rainout) and we had so much fun! She's so eager to please! It was awesome to see her catch on! The funniest was when we were leaving, Daisy being the cookie monster that she is, went around and snooped out all the targets to be sure no one left any treats behind. My little stinker! She impressed me tonight!
