Looking for some ideas….
Halloween is right around the corner... Okay so it’s not exactly right around the corner since we haven’t finished August yet, but they were selling candy corn at Walgreens, so in the retail world, its right around the corner. We have to think of ideas for Daisy’s first Halloween with us. There are a few events that we may attend and we want to look sharp!

In the mail!
Daisy picked out a tote! We finally found the petote bag that Cookie & Julia have. Daisy tried her red one out awhile back & it was just adorable! We picked out the navy & brown one to go with my blue eyes & Daisy's chesnut glow! Even made friends with the workers at pet favors.com!

Daisy's Plans
We're excited as we've been making plans that are more up our alley. We've been dying to catch up with more King Charles Cavaliers. We miss the social calendar we had with our friends back in Chicago. Tomorrow, Daisy and I will take a ride over to Charlotte, NC. Sonny, a 3 year old cavalier is having a birthday party at Dogtopia. We've been told it's going to be a cavalier dominant event so we're very excited!
This is through the Charlotte Cavalier club, so we're hoping to make friends. It's funny because Daisy was actually invited to another dog birthday party at Dogtopia at the same time. That one is for Leo, a dog from the Charlotte Small Dog Society meet-up group. We may get to catch both!
Along with our party hopping plans, we have more summer plans. There's a Waggin' in the Water Park in September. We plan to attend that in Greenville.

Charleston, here we come!
After my first week with the new job in our new town after our big move down South, we are going to head to Charleston to visit with Aunt Barb & Uncle Ken in Charleston. We're bringing Daisy of course.
She's been doing very well. We've given her a little more stretching room while we're at work. She has more space while we're gone and always access to her water. It can get a little hot down here. Staying hydrated!
Rumor has it, King Charles Cavaliers are popular in Charleston. We hope to see some! If the weather permits, we may visit a Cavalier meet up in Charlotte Sunday afternoon. We'll play it by ear, but Daisy's definitely got her eyes peeled for fellow cavaliers!
Happy weekend, or as we sing & say, HEY DAISY, HAVE FUN! ITS THE WEEKEND!
